Senior pupils gathered in the hall again this year to begin the debating season.
Pupils worked together in teams to research and prepare their arguments. They also had the opportunity to take on the role of judges during the debates.
Congratulations to all the pupils who participated. It takes great confidence and courage to speak in front of an audience and defend your point of view.
The debating motions so far have been:
- Sport should be played by all school children.
- Zoos are ethical.
