On Wednesday 23rd October, Aoife Burns, the Football and Social Responsibility Officer from Dundalk F.C, along with player Norman Garbett visited the school. The children were so excited to meet a professional footballer. They got to ask him questions about his football career and even got him to sign some of their jerseys. The children learned that Norman Garbett is from New Zealand! DFC left 10 tickets to the Sunday match against Shamrock Rovers and some fantastic merchandise. On Friday, we raffled off the prizes.
