The sensory room is a designated area within our school which can support a student’s sensory preferences and needs. It is an inclusive space which aims to provide students with the individualised sensory input they need to self-regulate, so they can be better prepared for learning and interacting with others.
In December, our sensory room received an update. New communciation boards were also added to the yard. The updated sensory room has already made a significant impact by providing a tranquil space for students.
